Update to new development across the freeway

The new community, called Springwoods Village, will encompass 1,800 acres in north Harris County at the crossroads of Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road, according to Coventry Development Corp., which announced the project Tuesday.
David Jarvis, Houston director of residential consulting firm Metrostudy, said the project is one of the largest and most ambitious announced in recent history.
