Fencing who's responsibility is it?

e. Maintenance of Fencing. Each Owner shall maintain that portion of fencing on such Owner’s Lot in a presentable condition and shall make all repairs and replacements thereto (as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors, in its sole and absolute discretion), except that Owners adjoining a Common Fence (as provided in the following section f.) shall share in the cost of such maintenance as provided in the following section.
